    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Terenul, in suprafata de 135 mp, situat in municipiul Suceava, str. Bradului, judetul Suceava, identificat conform anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, se transmite din administrarea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Suceava in administrarea Serviciului Roman de Informatii.
    Art. 2
    Predarea-preluarea terenului se va face pe baza de protocol incheiat intre partile interesate, in termen de 30 de zile de la intrarea in vigoare a prezentei hotarari.
