    Art. 1
    Se aproba transmiterea, fara plata, din patrimoniul Companiei Nationale "Aeroportul International Bucuresti - Otopeni" in proprietatea Societatii Comerciale "Compania Nationala de Transporturi Aeriene Romane - TAROM" - S A. a hangarului pentru intretinere tehnica, avand numarul de inventar 20.150, situat pe platforma Aeroportului International Bucuresti - Otopeni, sos. Bucuresti - Ploiesti, km 16,5, judetul Ilfov.
    Art. 2
    Terenul pe care este amplasat hangarul pentru intretinere tehnica, avand o suprafata de 15.400 mp, ramane in administrarea Companiei Nationale "Aeroportul International Bucuresti - Otopeni".
    Art. 3
    Predarea-preluarea hangarului pentru intretinere tehnica se va face pe baza de protocol incheiat intre cele doua parti.
    Art. 4
    Patrimoniul Companiei Nationale "Aeroportul International Bucuresti - Otopeni" se va diminua cu valoarea hangarului transmis Societatii Comerciale "Compania Nationala de Transporturi Aeriene Romane - TAROM" - S.A., calculata la data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei hotarari. Capitalul social al Societatii Comerciale "Compania Nationala de Transporturi Aeriene Romane - TAROM" - S.A. se majoreaza corespunzator.
