    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Articolul 2 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 80/1994 privind contractarea unor credite in valuta pentru realizarea Sistemului national informatic de evidenta a populatiei se completeaza dupa cum urmeaza:
    - Dupa alineatul 1 se introduce un alineat cu urmatorul cuprins:
    "Se autorizeaza Ministerul Finantelor sa emita garantia in numele si in contul statului pentru creditul extern in valoare de 15.498.560 DM, contractat de Ministerul de Interne de la Creditanstalt Anlagen-finanzierung & Leasing Gmbh Int. Austria, in vederea achizitionarii de tehnica de calcul pentru Sistemul national informatic de evidenta a populatiei."
