    In temeiul art. 12 lit. b) din Legea drumurilor nr. 13/1974,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se aproba clasarea ca drum comunal, avand denumirea de DC 35 A, a drumului de exploatare agricola ce asigura accesul la Manastirea "Sfantul Apostol Andrei", in lungime de 3,2 km, situat in judetul Constanta, prevazut in anexa la prezenta hotarare.
