privind transmiterea unei parti dintr-un imobil, situat in orasul Simeria, judetul Hunedoara, in administrarea Ministerului Finantelor

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba transmiterea unei parti din imobilul proprietate publica a statului, situat in orasul Simeria, Piata Unirii, bl. 5, sc. B, parter, judetul Hunedoara, avand datele de identificare cuprinse in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, din administrarea Consiliului Local al Orasului Simeria in administrarea Ministerului Finantelor, in vederea folosirii ca sediu pentru Circumscriptia financiara Simeria, judetul Hunedoara.
    Art. 2
    Transmiterea imobilului prevazut la art. 1 se va efectua prin protocol de predare-preluare incheiat intre partile interesate, in termen de 30 de zile de la data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei hotarari.
