ACT PUBLICAT IN:            MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 134 din 27 iunie 1996

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Imobilul, proprietate publica a statului, compus din constructie si terenul aferent situat in comuna Cornu, judetul Prahova, identificat potrivit anexei care face parte din prezenta hotarare, se transmite din administrarea Consiliului Local al Comunei Cornu in administrarea Ministerului Tineretului si Sportului, in vederea organizarii si desfasurarii unor programe si actiuni specifice pentru tineret si sport.
    Art. 2
    Predarea-preluarea imobilului prevazut la art. 1 se va face pe baza de protocol incheiat intre parti, in termen de 30 de zile de la intrarea in vigoare a prezentei hotarari.
