privind organizarea la Bucuresti, in perioada 17-19 iunie 2008, a celei de-a doua reuniuni a partilor la Conventia-cadru privind protectia si dezvoltarea durabila a Carpatilor

In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 4 alin. (5) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 80/2001 privind stabilirea unor normative de cheltuieli pentru autorităţile administraţiei publice şi instituţiile publice, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 247/2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1. - Se aprobă organizarea la Bucureşti, în perioada 17-19 iunie 2008, a celei de-a doua reuniuni a părţilor la Convenţia-cadru privind protecţia şi dezvoltarea durabilă a Carpaţilor.

Art. 2. - Finanţarea cheltuielilor pentru organizarea evenimentului prevăzut la art. 1, în sumă totală de 200.000 lei, se asigură din prevederile bugetare aprobate Ministerului Mediului şi Dezvoltării Durabile pe anul 2008, la capitolul 74.01 „Protecţia Mediului", titlul 20 „Titlul II Bunuri şi servicii", articolul 30 „Alte cheltuieli", cu respectarea prevederilor legale, conform devizului estimativ prevăzut în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
