privind alocarea unor sume din Fondul de rezerva bugetara la dispozitia Guvernului, prevazut in bugetul de stat pe anul 2003, consiliilor judetene si consiliilor locale ale sectoarelor municipiului Bucuresti

    In temeiul art. 107 din Constitutie, al art. 30 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 500/2002 privind finantele publice si al art. 19 lit. a) din Legea bugetului de stat pe anul 2003 nr. 631/2002,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    (1) Se aproba suplimentarea sumelor defalcate din impozitul pe venit pentru echilibrarea bugetelor locale pe anul 2003, cu suma de 41.764.942 mii lei, din Fondul de rezerva bugetara la dispozitia Guvernului, prevazut in bugetul de stat pe anul 2003, potrivit anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    (2) Suma prevazuta la alin. (1) se utilizeaza pentru finantarea cheltuielilor curente si de capital ale comisiilor de expertiza medicala a persoanelor cu handicap pentru adulti si ale serviciilor publice de asistenta sociala ale consiliilor judetene si ale consiliilor locale ale sectoarelor municipiului Bucuresti, potrivit legii.
    Art. 2
    Se autorizeaza Ministerul Finantelor Publice sa introduca modificarile corespunzatoare in volumul si structura bugetului de stat pe anul 2003.
