In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.302/2010 privind aprobarea ajutoarelor de stat care se acordă producătorilor agricoli pentru perioada 2010- 2011 şi a sumei totale alocate acestor ajutoare de stat, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 874 din 28 decembrie 2010, se modifică după cum urmează:

1. Articolul 2 va avea următorul cuprins:

„Art. 2. - Valoarea totală a ajutoarelor de stat prevăzute la art. 1 este de 1.221.349 mii lei şi se asigură de la bugetul de stat, în limita prevederilor bugetare aprobate Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale pe anii 2010 şi 2011."

2. Anexa „Ajutoarele de stat care se acordă producătorilor agricoli pentru perioada 2010-2011 şi suma totală alocată acestor ajutoare de stat" se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
