În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC
(1) Componenţa Grupului de lucru prevăzut la art. 1 din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 803/2001 privind constituirea Grupului de lucru pentru elaborarea şi monitorizarea Planului de acţiuni referitor la îmbunătăţirea mediului de afaceri, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 516 din 29 august 2001, cu modifică rile şi completările ulterioare, se modifică potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
(2) Grupul de lucru constituit în condiţiile alin. (1) îşi va desfăşura activitatea în perioada 2011-2012.
(3) Coordonarea grupului de lucru este asigurată de preşedinte, iar în lipsa acestuia, de către preşedintele executiv.
(4) Preşedintele grupului de lucru este ministrul economiei, comerţului şi mediului de afaceri.
(5) Funcţia de preşedinte executiv va fi deţinută de secretarul de stat cu responsabilităţi în domeniul politicilor publice privind mediul de afaceri.
