privind transmiterea unor bunuri mobile de la Regia Autonoma "Administratia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat" in administrarea Parlamentului Romaniei - Camera Deputatilor - si a Curtii de Conturi

    In temeiul art. 67 din Legea nr. 10/1991 privind finantele publice,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba transmiterea, din administrarea Regiei Autonome "Administratia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat" in administrarea Parlamentului Romaniei - Camera Deputatilor - si a Curtii de Conturi, a bunurilor mobile, proprietate publica a statului, prevazute in anexele 1 si 2*).
    Art. 2
    Bunurile mobile ce fac obiectul anexelor nr. 1 si 2 vor fi preluate pe baza de protocoale de predare-primire incheiate intre Regia Autonoma "Administratia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat" si Parlamentul Romaniei - Camera Deputatilor - si, respectiv, Curtea de Conturi.
    Premergator intocmirii protocoalelor se va proceda la reevaluarea bunurilor potrivit legii, pe baza criteriilor stabilite de catre Ministerul Culturii, raspunderea operatiunii de reevaluare revenind acestui minister.
    Expunerea si pastrarea acestor bunuri cu respectarea destinatiei initiale se fac in spatii corespunzatoare si stabile din punct de vedere al microclimatului, potrivit prevederilor din Normele de conservare a bunurilor care apartin patrimoniului cultural national, elaborate de Ministerul Culturii.
