Ţinând cont de procesul-verbal întocmit la data de 25 noiembrie 2011 de Comisia de examinare,având în vedere prevederile:– art. 6 alin. (3) şi ale art. 12 din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 75/1999 privind activitatea de audit financiar, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare;

– art. 15 alin. (3) şi art. 38 din Regulamentul de organizare şi funcţionare a Camerei Auditorilor Financiari din România, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 433/2011;

– Hotărârea Consiliului Camerei Auditorilor Financiari din România nr. 164/2010 pentru adoptarea Normelor privind aprobarea auditorilor financiari şi a firmelor de audit din alte state membre ale Uniunii Europene sau aparţinând Spaţiului Economic European ori Confederaţiei Elveţiei şi din terţe ţări, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare;

– art. 12 alin. (4) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 90/2008 privind auditul statutar al situaţiilor financiare anuale şi al situaţiilor financiare anuale consolidate, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 278/2008, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Consiliul Camerei Auditorilor Financiari din România, întrunit în şedinţa din data de 15 decembrie 2011, h o t ă r ă ş t e: Articolul 1Se aprobă Lista cuprinzând auditorii financiari care au fost autorizaţi în alte state membre ale Uniunii Europene sau aparţinând Spaţiului Economic European ori Confederaţiei Elveţiei şi care au dobândit calitatea şi dreptul de exercitare a profesiei de auditor financiar în România, în urma testului de aptitudini organizat în data de 25 noiembrie 2011, prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 2Prezenta hotărâre va fi comunicată Consiliului pentru Supravegherea Publică a Activităţii de Audit Statutar pentru aprobarea finală a listei cuprinzând persoanele care au participat la testul de aptitudini în vederea aprobării ca auditori financiari. Articolul 3Prezenta hotărâre se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it. Longer version: my ex was telling everyone (including the kids) that I cheated, that she was the victim, etc. Meanwhile I had suspicions but nothing concrete.
