    In raport cu dispozitiile art. 30 alin. (1) lit. b) din Legea nr. 70/1991 privind alegerile locale, republicata, Biroul Electoral Municipal Bucuresti, fata de solicitarea Biroului electoral de circumscriptie a municipiului Bucuresti, a dat urmatoarea interpretare dispozitiilor art. 58 alin. (1) din lege:
    Prin termenul primarii trebuie sa se inteleaga primarii de sectoare si nu primarul general al Capitalei, chiar daca alegerile se organizeaza pentru functia de primar general.
    Din nici un text al legii nu rezulta ca atributiile privitoare la stabilirea locurilor speciale pentru afisaj electoral trebuie sa fie indeplinite de catre primarul din circumscriptia electorala in care se organizeaza alegerile.
    In raport cu dispozitiile art. 30 alin. (5) din Legea nr. 70/1991, republicata, prezenta hotarare va fi publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei.
