privind încadrarea în categoria functionala a drumurilor judetene a unui sector de drum comunal, încadrarea în categoria functionala a drumurilor comunale a unor drumuri de interes local, precum si modificarea traseului si a lungimii unor drumuri comunale si a unui drum judetean, situate în judetul Alba

In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 11, 12 şi 13 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 43/1997 privind regimul drumurilor, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1. - Se aprobă încadrarea în categoria funcţională a drumurilor comunale a unor drumuri vicinale şi a unor străzi, situate în judeţul Alba, conform anexei nr. 1.

Art. 2. - Se aprobă încadrarea în categoria funcţională a drumurilor judeţene a unui sector de drum comunal, situat în judeţul Alba, conform anexei nr. 2.

Art. 3. - Se aprobă modificarea traseului şi a lungimii unor drumuri comunale şi a unui drum judeţean, situate în judeţul Alba, conform anexei nr. 3.

Art. 4. -Anexele nr. 1-3 fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 5. - Anexele nr. 2 şi 3 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 540/2000 privind aprobarea încadrării în categorii funcţionale a drumurilor publice şi a drumurilor de utilitate privată deschise circulaţiei publice, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea'l, nr. 338 şi nr. 338 bis din 20 iulie 2000, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se completează în mod corespunzător.

Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it.
