În temeiul art. 64 alin. (4) din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al Legii recunoştinţei pentru victoria Revoluţiei Române din Decembrie 1989, pentru revolta muncitorească anticomunistă de la Braşov din noiembrie 1987 şi pentru revolta muncitorească anticomunistă din Valea Jiului-Lupeni - august 1977 nr. 341/2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. ARTICOL UNIC Se aprobă componenţa nominală a Comisiei parlamentare a revoluţionarilor din decembrie 1989, prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor şi de Senat în şedinţa comună din 1 martie 2017, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
