pentru modificarea anexei la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.367/2004 privind garantarea de catre Ministerul Finantelor Publice a unor imprumuturi externe in valoare totala de maximum 215 milioane dolari S.U.A. ce urmeaza a se contracta de catre Societatea Comerciala de Distributie a Gazelor Naturale "Distrigaz Sud" - S.A. Bucuresti, Societatea Comerciala de Distributie a Gazelor Naturale "Distrigaz Nord" - S.A. Targu Mures, Societatea Comerciala "Electrocentrale" - S.A.     Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Anexa la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.367/2004 privind garantarea de catre Ministerul Finantelor Publice a unor imprumuturi externe in valoare totala de maximum 215 milioane dolari S.U.A. ce urmeaza a se contracta de catre Societatea Comerciala de Distributie a Gazelor Naturale "Distrigaz Sud" - S.A. Bucuresti, Societatea Comerciala de Distributie a Gazelor Naturale "Distrigaz Nord" - S.A. Targu Mures, Societatea Comerciala "Electrocentrale" - S.A. Bucuresti si agentii economici ai autoritatilor administratiei publice locale, producatori de energie termica, pentru plata achizitiilor de gaze naturale, pacura, resurse energetice, hidrocarburi si carbune, necesare in vederea functionarii Sistemului national de gaze naturale si realizarii Programului de iarna octombrie 2004 - martie 2005, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 823 din 7 septembrie 2004, se modifica si se inlocuieste cu anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
