In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. -Anexa nr. 1 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.346/2010 pentru aprobarea de la bugetul de stat a sumelor necesare contractării şi implementării proiectelor PHARE la nivelul Ministerului Mediului şi Pădurilor, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 887 din 29 decembrie 2010, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
