In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României,
republicată,
Guvernul României adoptă
prezenta hotărâre.
Articol unic. - Anexele
nr. 1 şi 2 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 50/2006 privind aprobarea obiectivelor
salariale trimestriale, pe anul 2006, pentru operatorii economici monitorizaţi
potrivit Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 79/2001 privind
întărirea disciplinei economico-financiare
şi alte dispoziţii cu caracter financiar, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al
României, Partea I, nr. 61 din
23 ianuarie 2006, se modifică şi se înlocuiesc cu anexele nr. 1 şi 2*) care fac
parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
