HOTARARE   Nr. 1530 din 1 noiembrie 2006

privind completarea art. 94 din Contractul-cadru privind conditiile acordarii asistentei medicale in cadrul sistemului de asigurari sociale de sanatate, aprobat prin Hotararea Guvernului nr. 706/2006

In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - După alineatul (4) al articolului 94 din Contractul-cadru privind condiţiile acordării asistenţei medicale în cadrul sistemului de asigurări sociale de sănătate, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 706/2006 pentru aprobarea Contractului-cadru privind condiţiile acordării asistenţei medicale în cadrul sistemului de asigurări sociale de sănătate şi pentru aprobarea listei cuprinzând denumirile comune internaţionale ale medicamentelor din Nomenclatorul medicamentelor de uz uman, de care beneficiază asiguraţii în tratamentul ambulatoriu, cu sau fără contribuţie personală, pe bază de prescripţie medicală, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 482 din 2 iunie 2006, cu modificările ulterioare, se introduc trei noi alineate, alineatele (5), (6) şi (7), cu următorul cuprins:

„(5) In cazul medicamentelor prevăzute în sublista C la pct. G. 21. „Diabet zaharat şi boli de nutriţie" din anexa nr. 2, procentul de compensare este de 100% din preţul de vânzare cu amănuntul.

(6) Lista denumirilor comerciale ale DCI-urilor, în cazul medicamentelor prevăzute în sublista C la pct. G. 21. „Diabet zaharat şi boli de nutriţie", se aprobă prin ordin al ministrului sănătăţii publice şi se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.

(7) Lista prevăzută la alin. (6) se actualizează permanent, dar numai cu medicamente care au un preţ egal cu sau mai mic decât cel existent în listă."
