    In temeiul art. 107 din Constitutie, al art. 12 alin. (1) si (2) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publica si regimul juridic al acesteia,
    avand in vedere prevederile art. 10 din Normele metodologice pentru trecerea in proprietatea publica a statului a unor bunuri imobile ale debitorilor persoane juridice, supuse executarii silite, aprobate prin Hotararea Guvernului nr. 682/2001,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Se aproba darea in administrarea Ministerului Finantelor Publice - Directia generala a finantelor publice a judetului Hunedoara a unui bun imobil, proprietate publica a statului, situat in localitatea Uricani, Bd. Muncii bl. 5, parter, judetul Hunedoara, identificat potrivit anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
