Hotărârea Nr.1304 din 27.12.2011privind reglementarea situaţiei juridice a unor imobile, trecute în domeniul public al statului, situate în oraşul Sulina, judeţul Tulcea

ACT PUBLICAT ÎN MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 9 din 05 ianuarie 2012
În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 9 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, al art. 867 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 287/2009 privind Codul civil, republicată, precum şi al art. 175 alin. (1) şi (5) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 92/2003 privind Codul de procedură fiscală, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă darea în administrarea Consiliului Judeţean Tulcea a unor imobile compuse din construcţii şi teren, având datele de identificare prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre, transmise în domeniul public al statului ca urmare a procedurii de dare în plată, în condiţiile legii. Articolul 2Se aprobă transmiterea imobilelor prevăzute la art. 1 din domeniul public al statului în domeniul public al judeţului Tulcea şi în administrarea Consiliului Judeţean Tulcea. Articolul 3Predarea-preluarea imobilelor transmise potrivit prevederilor art. 2 se face pe bază de protocol încheiat între părţile interesate, în termen de 30 de zile de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri.
