ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 440 din 30 iunie 2010



In temeiul art. 67 din Constituţia României, republicată,

Senatul adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Mandatul membrilor Consiliului Naţional de Integritate, prevăzuţi în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre, se prelungeşte până la data de 9 octombrie 2010.

Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Senat în şedinţa din 28 iunie 2010, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
