ROM-P4) Domnule Ministru, Referitor la scrisoarea dumneavoastră din data de 29 iulie 2011, vă informăm prin prezenta că nu avem obiecţii privind amendarea acordului de împrumut mai sus menţionat după cum se arată mai jos, în conformitate cu prevederile relevante ale acordului de împrumut privind proiectul menţionat, datat 31 martie 2005 (A/I nr. ROM-P4), dintre Ministerul Finanţelor Publice şi Agenţia Japoniei pentru Cooperare Internaţională (fostă Banca Japoniei pentru Cooperare Internaţională). 1. Tabelul privind „Alocarea sumelor împrumutului“ din anexa 2 a respectivului acord de împrumut se va amenda după cum urmează:

2. Prezentul amendament va intra în efectivitate la data prezentei scrisori. 3. Prezenta scrisoare nu va fi interpretată ca autorizând oricare amendament, altul decât cel menţionat mai sus. Vă rugăm să confirmaţi acordul dumneavoastră pentru amendamentul de mai sus prin semnarea celor două exemplare ale prezentei scrisori, păstrând un exemplar pentru evidenţele dumneavoastră şi returnându-ne celălalt exemplar.
