privind bugetul de venituri si cheltuieli al Institutului Revolutiei Romane din Decembrie 1989 pe anul 2005

    In temeiul prevederilor art. 64 alin. (1) si ale art. 67 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata, precum si ale art. 8 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 556/2004 privind infiintarea Institutului Revolutiei Romane din Decembrie 1989,

    Senatul adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    (1) Bugetul de venituri si cheltuieli al Institutului Revolutiei Romane din Decembrie 1989, pentru perioada 1 aprilie - 31 decembrie 2005, finantat din venituri proprii si subventii acordate de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Senatului Romaniei, se stabileste la suma de 24.439.315 mii lei, din care:
    I. Venituri - total           24.439.315 mii lei
       din care:
    - venituri proprii               250.000 mii lei
    - subventii                   24.189.315 mii lei
    II. Cheltuieli - total        24.439.315 mii lei
    (2) Detalierea cheltuielilor pe structura clasificatiei bugetului de stat este prezentata in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Bugetul Institutului Revolutiei Romane din Decembrie 1989, adoptat prin prezenta hotarare, va fi inclus in bugetul Senatului, la titlul "Subventii", prin legea de rectificare a bugetului de stat pe anul 2005, pentru subventia in suma de 24.189.315 mii lei de la bugetul de stat.

    Aceasta hotarare a fost adoptata de Senat in sedinta din 29 martie 2005, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata.
