Ţinând seama de prevederile art. 21 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 81/2003 privind reevaluarea şi amortizarea activelor fixe aflate în patrimoniul instituţiilor publice, aprobată prin Legea nr. 493/2003, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale art. 2 alin. (1) şi (2) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 20 din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă modificarea valorii de inventar a unor imobile aflate în domeniul public al statului şi în administrarea Ministerului Administraţiei şi Internelor, înregistrate la poziţiile MFP 34894, 96722, 101486, 39248, 101231, 101232, 101235, 104180, 155185, 37849, 101223, 37657, 101501, 101503, 37692, 101216, 101217, 101218, 61968, 106885, 37083, 101040, 144923, 106243, 37115, 101179, 101181, 101183, 101490, 101491, 62057, 101134, 154962, 61965, 101065, 96712, 35863, 112551, 35571, 155277, 101062, 108131, 101191, 101192, 101193, 101032, 37847,101106, 101099, 101469, 101470 în anexa nr. 1 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2005 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 2Ministerul Administraţiei şi Internelor îşi va actualiza în mod corespunzător datele din evidenţa cantitativ-valorică şi, împreună cu Ministerul Finanţelor Publice, va opera modificarea corespunzătoare a anexei nr. 1 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare.
