În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al Legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2011 nr. 286/2010, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Din sumele rezervate prevăzute în anexa nr. 5 la Legea bugetului de stat pe anul 2011 nr. 286/2010, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se alocă suma de 111.930 mii lei în scopul asigurării sumelor suplimentare necesare pentru plata cheltuielilor salariale stabilite prin lege, precum şi a contribuţiilor aferente acestora, pentru anul 2011, unităţilor de învăţământ preuniversitar de stat finanţate din bugetele locale, care se repartizează pe judeţe, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 2(1) Sumele alocate se repartizează pe comune, oraşe şi municipii, prin decizie a directorului direcţiei generale a finanţelor publice judeţene, cu asistenţa tehnică de specialitate a inspectoratelor şcolare.(2) Inspectoratele şcolare comunică direcţiilor generale ale finanţelor publice sumele repartizate pentru fiecare unitate de învăţământ preuniversitar de stat.(3) Alocarea sumelor va conduce la modificarea bugetelor iniţiale aprobate, calculate pe baza standardelor de cost. Articolul 3Ministerul Finanţelor Publice este autorizat să introducă modificările în structura bugetului de stat.
