În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 867 din Legea nr. 287/2009 privind Codul civil, republicată, cu modificările ulterioare, al art. 9 alin. (1) şi al art. 20 din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul ISe aprobă înscrierea operei de artă „Le chevalier endormi I“, identificată potrivit anexei nr. 1, în inventarul centralizat al bunurilor care alcătuiesc domeniul public al statului şi în administrarea Muzeului Naţional de Artă Contemporană al României. Articolul IISe aprobă transmiterea bunului mobil aflat în domeniul public al statului şi în administrarea Muzeului Naţional al Satului „Dimitrie Gusti“ în domeniul public al judeţului Ialomiţa şi în administrarea Muzeului Naţional al Agriculturii din Slobozia, potrivit datelor cuprinse în anexa nr. 2. Articolul IIISe aprobă înscrierea unui bun imobil, identificat potrivit anexei nr. 3, în domeniul public al statului şi în administrarea Ministerului Culturii şi Patrimoniului Naţional, prin Muzeul Naţional de Istorie a României. Articolul IVPredarea-preluarea bunurilor transmise potrivit art. 2 se face pe bază de protocol încheiat între părţile interesate, în termen de 30 de zile de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri. Articolul VPe data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri, anexa nr. 6 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.020 şi 1.020 bis din 21 decembrie 2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se completează în mod corespunzător. Articolul VIAnexele nr. 1-3 fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
