pentru aprobarea inchirierii unui imobil proprietate publica a statului, aflat in administrarea Prefecturii Judetului Sibiu

    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei si ale art. 14 - 16 din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publica si regimul juridic al acesteia,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    (1) Se aproba inchirierea de catre Prefectura Judetului Sibiu a imobilului proprietate publica a statului, aflat in administrarea sa, identificat potrivit anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, catre persoane fizice sau juridice romane ori straine, prin licitatie publica, in conditiile legii.
    (2) Contractul de inchiriere va fi incheiat potrivit legii si va cuprinde clauze de natura sa asigure exploatarea bunului imobil inchiriat, potrivit specificului acestuia.
    Art. 2
    Sumele incasate cu titlu de chirie se fac venit la bugetul de stat, potrivit legii.
