    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se aproba bugetul de venituri si cheltuieli al Comisiei Nationale a Valorilor Mobiliare pe anul 1999, cuprins in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.

    Aceasta hotarare a fost adoptata de Camera Deputatilor si de Senat in sedinta comuna din 9 martie 2000, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.
