Având în vedere prevederile art. 12 din Ordinul secretarului general al Guvernului nr. 600/2018 privind aprobarea Codului controlului intern managerial al entităţilor publice,în temeiul art. 7 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 756/2016 pentru organizarea, funcţionarea şi atribuţiile Administraţiei Naţionale a Penitenciarelor şi pentru modificarea Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 652/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Justiţiei, cu completările ulterioare,directorul general al Administraţiei Naţionale a Penitenciarelor emite prezenta decizie. Articolul 1Se abrogă Decizia directorului general al Administraţiei Naţionale a Penitenciarelor nr. 844/2016 pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice privind sistemul de control intern managerial în Administraţia Naţională a Penitenciarelor şi unităţile subordonate, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 70 şi 70 bis din 27 ianuarie 2017.
