În temeiul art. 500 şi 502 din Legea nr. 95/2006 privind reforma în domeniul sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Consiliul naţional al Colegiului Medicilor Dentişti din România adoptă următoarea decizie: Articolul I Anexa la Decizia Consiliului naţional al Colegiului Medicilor Dentişti din România nr. 10/2007 privind conţinutul minim al trusei de urgenţă pentru cabinetul de medicină dentară, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 864 din 18 decembrie 2007, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta decizie. ANEXĂ(Anexa la Decizia nr. 10/2007) Conţinutul minim AL TRUSEI DE URGENŢĂ PENTRU CABINETUL DE MEDICINĂ DENTARĂ 1. Aparatură şi materiale Obligatorii

1. Tensiometru 1 buc.
2. Stetoscop 1 buc.
3. Garou 1 buc.
4. Feşe 3 role
5. Bandă adezivă 2 role
6. Soluţie polividon-iodat1 sau clorhexidină2 pentru tegumente 1 flacon
7. Perfuzoare pentru soluţii cristaline 2 buc.
8. Canule intravenoase 20 G 2 buc.
9. Seringi 5 ml sterile 5 buc.
10. Seringi 10 ml sterile 5 buc.

1 BETADINE, IODINA, IODOSEPT, POLIODINE. 2 HIBISCRUB, HIBITANE, CLORHEXIN, DESMANOL. Facultative

1. Butelie de oxigen cu reductor de presiune şi sistem de administrare (canulă nazală sau mască) 1 buc.
2. Balon de resuscitare (autogonflabil) cu mască 1 buc.
3. Pipă oro-faringiană 2 buc. (nr. 3,4)

2. Medicamente

Aerosol 0,4 mg/doză 1 flacon (10 g) 2 pufuri sublingual în loc de 1 cp de Nitroglicerină
2. Enalapril6 Tablete 10 mg 10 buc. 1 comprimat sublingual, pentru scăderea TA
3. Acid acetilsalicilic7 Capsule 500 mg 10 buc. 1/2 cp mestecat în cazul suspiciunii de infarct miocardic acut
4. Furosemid8 Fiole 20 mg/2 ml 10 buc. IV, pentru reducerea TA
5. Adrenalină Fiole 1mg/1 ml 5 buc. Indicată în cazul şocului anafilactic cu iminenţă de stop cardiac. Se foloseşte numai soluţie diluată cu ser fiziologic (1 fiolă în 10 ml). Se injectează câte 3 ml SC sau intralingual la 5 min. până la obţinerea unei TAS > 90 mm Hg. Calea IV se va folosi numai în situaţii extreme sau în condiţiile monitorizării ECG (se folosesc aceleaşi doze).
6. Hidrocortizon Hemisuccinat9 Flacoane 100 mg, fiole 25 mg 2 g (20×100 mg sau 80×25 mg) Se administrează IV rapid (bolus) în cazul reacţiilor alergice acute, al crizei astmatice sau al crizei Addisoniene.
7. Clemastinum10 sau Prometazină11 Fiole 2 mg/1 ml 10 buc. IM sau IV lent în cazul reacţiilor alergice
Fiole 50 mg/2 ml 10 buc. IM în cazul reacţiilor alergice Nu se injectează IV.
8. Cimetidină12 sau Ranitidină13 Fiole 200 mg/2 ml 5 buc. 1 fiolă IV lent asociată antihistaminicelor H1 (Clemastinul, Prometazina) şi Hidrocortizonului în cazul reacţiilor alergice grave
Fiole 50 mg/2 ml 5 buc.
9. Clorură de sodiu 9‰ Fiole 10 ml 5 buc. Ca solvent
10. Clorură de sodiu 9‰ Pungi 500 ml 2 buc. Se administrează IV.
Glucoză 10% Pungi 500 ml 1 buc. Se administrează IV în cazul hipoglicemiilor severe sau dacă alimentaţia orală este imposibilă.

12. Drotavertin15 Cp 40 mg 10 buc. Oral, în caz de dureri colicative
13. Amoxicilină16 Cp 500 mg 5 buc. 2 g PO pentru profilaxia infecţiilor locale şi a endocarditei bacteriene
14. Clindamicină17 Cp 150 mg sau 300 mg 4 buc. 600 mg PO pentru profilaxia infecţiilor orale şi a endocarditei bacteriene
