pentru modificarea anexei la Decizia primului-ministru nr. 67/2008 privind constituirea comisiei care va derula procesul de selectie a societatii de administrare a Societatii Comerciale „Fondul Proprietatea" - S.A.

In temeiul art. 19 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, al art. 12 din Titlul VII al Legii nr. 247/2005 privind reforma în domeniile proprietăţii şi justiţiei, precum şi unele măsuri adiacente, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi al art. 7 din titlul II al Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 81/2007 pentru accelerarea procedurii de acordare a despăgubirilor aferente imobilelor preluate în mod abuziv,

având în vedere prevederile Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 959/2008 privind stabilirea competenţelor comisiei care va selecta societatea de administrare a Societăţii Comerciale „Fondul Proprietatea" - S.A.

primul-ministru emite prezenta decizie.

Art. I. -Anexa la Decizia primului-ministru nr. 67/2008 privind constituirea comisiei care va derula procesul de selecţie a societăţii de administrare a Societăţii Comerciale „Fondul Proprietatea" - S.A., publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 249 din 31 martie 2008, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta decizie.

Art. II. -In termen de 10 zile de la intrarea în vigoare a prezentei decizii, comisia prevăzută în anexă va efectua o evaluare privind procesul de selecţie a societăţii de administrare a Societăţii Comerciale „Fondul Proprietatea" - S.A. şi va prezenta Guvernului propunerile în consecinţă.
