ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 696 din 19 octombrie 2010



In Decizia Curţii Constituţionale nr. 873 din 25 iunie 2010 referitoare la obiecţia de neconstituţionalitate a dispoziţiilor Legii privind stabilirea unor măsuri în domeniul pensiilor, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 433 din 28 iunie 2010, se face următoarea rectificare (care aparţine Redacţiei „Monitorul Oficial, Partea I"):

- în ultimul paragraf, în loc de: „Dezbaterile au avut loc la 24 şi 25 iunie 2010 şi la acestea au participat: Augustin Zegrean, preşedinte, Aspasia Cojocaru, Acsinte Gaspar, Petre Lăzăroiu, Mircea Ştefan Manea, Iulia Antoanella Motoc, Ion Predescu, Puskas Valentin Zoltan, Tudorel Toader, judecători."se va citi: „Dezbaterile au avut loc la 24 şi 25 iunie 2010 şi la acestea au participat: Augustin Zegrean, preşedinte, Aspazia Cojocaru, Acsinte Gaspar, Petre Lăzăroiu, Mircea Ştefan Minea, Iulia Antoanella Motoc, Ion Predescu, Puskas Valentin Zoltan, Tudorel Toader, judecători."
