Având în vedere Referatul de aprobare nr. 247.093 din 12
noiembrie 2007,
în temeiul art. 4 alin. (7) din
Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 427/2004 pentru aprobarea Normelor privind circulaţia
materialelor lemnoase şi controlul circulaţiei acestora şi al instalaţiilor de transformat
lemn rotund, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,
în baza art. 7 alin. (7) din
Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 385/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea
Ministerului Agriculturii si Dezvoltării Rurale,
ministrul agriculturii şi dezvoltării rurale emite următorul ordin:
Art. 1. - Se aprobă preţurile de referinţă pentru anul
2008, folosite la calculul contravalorii materialelor lemnoase prevăzute la
art. 4 alin. (6) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 427/2004 pentru aprobarea
Normelor privind circulaţia materialelor lemnoase şi controlul circulaţiei
acestora şi al instalaţiilor de transformat lemn rotund, publicată în Monitorul
Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 328 din 16 aprilie 2004, cu modificările şi completările
ulterioare, cuprinse în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
Art. 2. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
