pretul de decontare al acestora

MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 543 din 23 iunie 2006
Având în vedere prevederile art. 210 alin. (1) lit. k) din Legea nr. 95/2006 privind reforma în domeniul sănătăţii,
văzând Referatul de aprobare al Direcţiei generale farmaceutice şi aparatură
medicală cu nr. E.N. 212/2006, în temeiul Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 168/2005
privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii, cu modificările şi
completările ulterioare,
ministrul sănătăţii publice emite următorul ordin:
Art. 1. - (1) Medicamentele care se eliberează în
sau fără contribuţie personală în tratamentul ambulatoriu, sstem ambulatoriu, corespunzătoare
denumirilor comune internaţionale din Nomenclatorul medicamentelor de uz uman,
denumite în continuare DCI, pentru care nu se stabileşte preţ de referinţă, se decontează din
Fondul naţional unic de asigurări sociale de sănătate la preţ de decontare.
(2) Lista DCI-urilor şi preţul de decontare pentru
medicamentele care se eliberează fără prescripţie medicală (OTC) sunt prevăzute
în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
(3) Pentru celelalte DCI-uri din Nomenclatorul
medicamentelor de uz uman, care nu sunt prevăzute în
Lista cu medicamentele de care beneficiază asiguraţii cu reţul de decontare este preţul cel mai
mic corespunzător fiecărei DCI pentru aceeaşi concentraţie şi formă
farmaceutică.
(4) Preţul de decontare prevăzut la alin. (2) se
actualizează prin ordin al ministrului sănătăţii publice.
Art. 2. - Direcţiile de specialitate ale Ministerului
Sănătăţii Publice şi Casa Naţională de Asigurări de Sănătate, casele de
asigurări de sănătate şi farmaciile vor duce la îndeplinire
prevederile prezentului ordin.
Art. 3. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul
Oficial al României, Partea I.
