ACT EMIS DE: AUTORITATEA NATIONALA DE REGLEMENTARE IN DOMENIUL ENERGIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 395 din 11 iunie 2009



Având în vedere prevederile art. 9 alin. (8)-(10), ale art. 11 alin. (1)şi alin. (2) lit. a), ale art. 50 alin. (1) din Legea energiei electrice nr. 13/2007, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, precum şi ale Regulamentului privind furnizarea de ultimă opţiune a energiei electrice, aprobat prin Ordinul preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei nr. 14/2007,

în temeiul prevederilor art. 3 alin. (3) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 410/2007 pentru aprobarea Regulamentului de organizare şi funcţionare al Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei,

preşedintele Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei emite următorul ordin:

Art. 1. - Se desemnează în calitate de furnizor de ultimă opţiune de energie electrică, pentru perioada 1 iulie 2009 - 30 iunie 2010, următorii titulari de licenţă de furnizare a energiei electrice:

Art. 2. - Se desemnează în calitate de furnizor de ultimă opţiune de energie electrică, pentru perioada 1 iulie 2009- 30 iunie 2010, pentru consumatorii necasnici foarte mari din România, titularii de licenţă de furnizare din lista specificată la art. 1.

Art. 3. -Incadrarea pe categorii a consumatorilor necasnici se face conform precizărilor din Regulamentul privind furnizarea de ultimă opţiune a energiei electrice, aprobat prin Ordinul preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei nr. 14/2007.

Art. 4. - Entităţile organizatorice din cadrul Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei vor urmări respectarea prevederilor prezentului ordin.

Art. 5. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, şi intră în vigoare la data de 1 iulie 2009.
