privind aprobarea valorilor de prag pentru corpurile de ape subterane din Romania

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 170 din 18 martie 2009



Având în vedere Referatul de aprobare nr. 118.671 din 20 februarie 2009 al Direcţiei generale pentru managementul apelor, în baza prevederilor art. 3 alin. (6) din Planul naţional de protecţie a apelor subterane împotriva poluării şi deteriorării, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 53/2009,

în temeiul prevederilor art. 5 alin. (7) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 57/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Mediului,

ministrul mediului emite prezentul ordin.

Art. 1. - Se aprobă valorile de prag pentru corpurile de ape subterane din România, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.

Art. 2. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
