privind achizitionarea de catre Ministerul Justitiei - Directia generala a penitenciarelor a activului "Unitate turistica bai Rodbav", situat in comuna Soars, judetul Brasov

    In temeiul art. 16 lit. f) din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 12/1993 privind achizitiile publice, republicata, cu modificarile ulterioare,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba achizitionarea de catre Ministerul Justitiei - Directia generala a penitenciarelor a activului "Unitate turistica bai Rodbav", situat in comuna Soars judetul Brasov, identificat potrivit anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, proprietate a FEDERALCOOP Brasov.
    Art. 2
    Achizitionarea activului prevazut la art. 1 se va efectua in conditiile art. 162 din Legea nr. 109/1996 privind organizarea si functionarea cooperatiei de consum si a cooperatiei de credit, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 252 din 18 octombrie 1996, la valoarea de 707.967.000 lei fara T.V.A., care se actualizeaza in raport cu indicele inflatiei la data transmiterii.
    Art. 3
    Ministerul Justitiei - Directia generala a penitenciarelor va lua masuri pentru punerea in siguranta a constructiilor care apartin activului prevazut la art. 1.
    Art. 4
    Predarea-preluarea activului prevazut la art. 1 se face pe baza de protocol incheiat intre partile interesate, in termen de 30 de zile de la data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei hotarari.
