pentru aprobarea rectificarii bugetului de venituri si cheltuieli al Comisiei Nationale a Valorilor Mobiliare pe anul 2000

    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    (1) Bugetul de venituri si cheltuieli al Comisiei Nationale a Valorilor Mobiliare pe anul 2000, finantat integral din venituri extrabugetare, se rectifica si se stabileste la suma de 41.500.000 mii lei - venituri, 38.200.000 mii lei - cheltuieli si 3.300.000 mii lei - excedent bugetar.
    (2) Detalierea cheltuielilor pe structura clasificatiei bugetului de stat este prezentata in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.

    Aceasta hotarare a fost adoptata de Camera Deputatilor si de Senat in sedinta comuna din 7 martie 2001, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.
