privind exceptarea temporara de la plata taxelor vamale a unor bunuri provenite din import

    In temeiul art. 35 din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 26/1993 privind Tariful vamal de import al Romaniei, aprobata si modificata prin Legea nr. 102/1994,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se excepteaza temporar de la plata taxelor vamale, in limita unui contingent tarifar valoric de 1.350.400 DM, produsele din import prevazute in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Administrarea contingentului tarifar valoric prevazut la art. 1 se efectueaza prin licente eliberate de Ministerul Comertului.
    Art. 3
    Prevederile prezentei hotarari se aplica pana la data de 31 decembrie 1996.
