În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICLa data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri se abrogă Hotărârea Consiliului de Miniştri nr. 917/1975 privind instituirea unei taxe speciale pentru îndeplinirea formalităţilor vamale la transporturile rutiere internaţionale, publicată în Buletinul Oficial nr. 103 din 4 octombrie 1975, precum şi Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 641/1992 privind modificarea taxei speciale pentru îndeplinirea formalităţilor vamale la transporturile rutiere internaţionale, instituită prin H.C.M. nr. 917/1975, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 263 bis din 22 octombrie 1992.
