privind donarea de catre
statul roman a unor bunuri mobile apartinand domeniului privat al statului
pentru Ministerul Apararii din Republica Moldova
ACT EMIS DE:
GUVERNUL ROMANIEI
ACT PUBLICAT IN:
MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 519 din 1 august 2007
In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României,
republicată, şi al art. 11 lit. m) din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi
funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi
completările ulterioare,
Guvernul României adoptă
prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 1. - (1) Se aprobă donarea unor bunuri mobile de
uz didactic, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta
hotărâre, aparţinând domeniului privat al statului, aflate în administrarea
Ministerului Apărării, către Ministerul Apărării din Republica Moldova.
(2) Bunurile menţionate la
alin. (1) se scad din evidenţa Ministerului Apărării.
Art. 2. - Se autorizează Compania Naţională „Romtehnica"
- S.A. să îndeplinească formalităţile de export al bunurilor.
Art. 3. - (1) Transportul, manipularea şi paza
bunurilor pe parcurs intern se efectuează cu mijloace şi forţe puse la
dispoziţie de Ministerul Apărării.
(2) Transportul pe parcurs extern se asigură prin grija
Ministerului Apărării din Republica Moldova.
Art. 4. - Cheltuielile necesare pentru ducerea la
îndeplinire, pe teritoriul naţional, a activităţii de
donare a bunurilor prevăzute la art. 1 se suportă din bugetul alocat
Ministerului Apărării.
Art. 5. - Predarea-preluarea bunurilor prevăzute la
art. 1 se face pe bază de protocol încheiat între părţi, în termen de 60 de
zile de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri.
