    La data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei hotarari se abroga actele normative prevazute in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.

    3. Hotararea Consiliului de Ministri nr. 2.037/1969 privind dezvoltarea activitatii Casei de Economii si Consemnatiuni, publicata in Buletinul Oficial, Partea I, nr. 113 din 18 octombrie 1969.
