    In temeiul art. 35 din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 26/1993 privind tariful vamal de import al Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se deschid contingente tarifare valorice exceptate de la plata taxelor vamale de import pentru parti ale unor masini si aparate de morarit pentru prelucrarea cerealelor, precum si pentru fabricarea pastelor fainoase alimentare.
    Pozitiile tarifare aferente acestor produse si nivelul valoric al contingentelor tarifare respective sunt mentionate in anexa.
    Data limita de valabilitate a contingentelor tarifare este de 30 iunie 1994.
