„Administratia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat" in administrarea
Ministerului Afacerilor Externe

In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 11 lit. m) din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind
organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările
ulterioare,
Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 1. - Se aprobă transmiterea unor bunuri, proprietate privată a statului, având datele de identificare
prevăzute în anexa care face
parte integrantă din prezenta
hotărâre, din administrarea
Regiei Autonome „Administraţia
Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat" în administrarea Ministerului
Afacerilor Externe.
Art. 2. - Patrimoniul Regiei Autonome „Administraţia Patrimoniului Protocolului de
Stat" se diminuează cu
valoarea de inventar a bunurilor prevăzute la art. 1.
Art. 3. - Predarea-preluarea bunurilor prevăzute la art. 1 se face pe bază de protocol încheiat între părţile interesate, în urma inventarierii bunurilor de către acestea, în termen de 30 de zile de la
data intrării în vigoare a
prezentei hotărâri.
