    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Articolul 2 din Hotararea Parlamentului Romaniei nr. 8/1995 privind constituirea Comisiei Parlamentului Romaniei pentru Integrare Europeana, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 136 din 5 iulie 1995, cu modificarile ulterioare, se modifica si va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 2
    Comisia prevazuta la art. 1 este alcatuita din 31 de parlamentari, potrivit configuratiei politice a Parlamentului si in conformitate cu normele de reprezentare a partidelor politice in diferite organisme parlamentare.
    Componenta nominala a comisiei este prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare."

    Aceasta hotarare a fost adoptata de Camera Deputatilor si de Senat in sedinta comuna din 6 martie 2003, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.
