privind bugetul de venituri si cheltuieli al Senatului pe anul 2007

ACT EMIS DE: SENATUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 847 din 16 octombrie 2006



In temeiul prevederilor art. 64 alin. (1) şi ale art. 67 din Constituţia României, republicată, precum şi ale art. 36 lit. I) şi ale art. 204 alin. (1) din Regulamentul Senatului,

Senatul adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1. - (1) Bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli al Senatului pe anul 2007, finanţat din resurse de la bugetul de stat, se stabileşte la suma de 111.640 mii lei, din care:

a)  Cheltuieli curente                                                        105.440 mii lei din care:

-  cheltuieli de personal                                                    67.076 mii lei

-  bunuri şi servicii                                                            35.793 mii lei

-  transferuri între unităţi ale administraţiei publice              2.570 mii lei

-  alte transferuri                                                              1 mii lei

b)  Cheltuieli de capital                                                     6.200 mii lei.

(2) Detalierea cheltuielilor pe structura clasificaţiei bugetului de stat este prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 2. - Bugetul Senatului, adoptat prin prezenta hotărâre, va fi inclus în proiectul bugetului de stat pe anul 2007.

Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Senat în şedinţa din 12 octombrie 2006, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
