În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 6 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 283/2010 privind camerele pentru agricultură, silvicultură şi dezvoltare rurală,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se numesc membrii Comitetului Naţional de Iniţiativă pentru organizarea alegerilor în vederea înfiinţării camerelor agricole, în componenţa prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrată din prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 2Comitetul Naţional de Iniţiativă se dizolvă de drept la data validării primelor alegeri pentru constituirea camerelor agricole.
