În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 10 din Legea nr. 115/2015 pentru alegerea autorităţilor administraţiei publice locale, pentru modificarea Legii administraţiei publice locale nr. 215/2001, precum şi pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr. 393/2004 privind Statutul aleşilor locali,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se stabileşte ziua de duminică, 11 iunie 2017, ca dată pentru organizarea şi desfăşurarea alegerilor locale parţiale pentru primari în circumscripţiile electorale prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
