pentru aprobarea bugetului de venituri si cheltuieli al Autoritatii Nationale pentru Administrare si Reglementare în Comunicatii (ANCOM) pe anul 2010

ACT EMIS DE: PARLAMENTUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 264 din 22 aprilie 2010



In temeiul prevederilor art. 14 alin. (3) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 22/2009 privind înfiinţarea Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Administrare şi Reglementare în Comunicaţii,

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1. - Bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli al Autorităţii Naţionale pentru Administrare şi Reglementare în Comunicaţii (ANCOM) pe anul 2010, finanţat integral din venituri proprii, se stabileşte în sumă de 229.781 mii lei - venituri şi 290.963 mii lei - cheltuieli, cu un deficit în valoare de 61.182 mii lei care se acoperă din excedentul anilor precedenţi.

Art. 2. - Detalierea cheltuielilor pe structura clasificaţiei bugetului de stat este prezentată în anexele nr. 1-3, care fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 3. - Repartizarea pe trimestre a bugetului de venituri şi cheltuieli se face de către Autoritatea Naţională pentru Administrare şi Reglementare în Comunicaţii (ANCOM) în conformitate cu obiectivele şi sarcinile acesteia.

Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor şi de Senat în şedinţa comună din data de 20 aprilie 2010, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
